I like to say something on Neutrality.
Neutrality is a way of life, saying that there is something to both sides of a tension or conflict. The Book "Sweden, the Middle Way," by Marcquis W. Childs, was first published in London, 1936. The writer confirmed with astonishment that it was possible to take a stand in the middle between the communism and capitalism, and have a well functioning society built on these principles in co-operation as a 'mixed economy'. Sweden's non-allied stand during the second World War, saved us from invasion and insulting occupation. We were called cowards by the allied and 'Die Dumme Schweden' from the other side. But it worked.

The Swedish country survived the war years by having a firm stand against the 'Divide and Rule' paradigm propaganda from both sides, (originating from the 'Beast' financing both sides). As a parliamentary politician in Sweden during the 1930'ies, Dag Hammarskjold (later to become UN Secretary General) declared himself Neutral, i.e. open to do what is best for the country. Then during the war years a Coalition Government managed the practicalities of Sweden's Neutrality. Our peace loving country is still intact after the horrors of WW II.

Switzerland has avoided being drawn into alliances by being declared Neutral for hundred years. Who declared that? The Beast? Most probably so. Remuneration to the 'enemies that money can buy' must be transferred to the appropriate presidents, dictators and mercenaries even in time of war, doesn't it? So in fact the Neutrality of Switzerland is in fact a policy chosen for the country, to keep the 'Beast's' banking activities a well kept secret. This does not say that Switzerland is not a peace loving place on Earth. The Swiss' own love for local direct democracy and peaceful living is just used as a shield for the the Beast to act behind. Nice synergy!

Some years after the WW II, Austria was given its freedom from the Soviet sector and was declared Neutral. How come? After a masterpiece of negotiating skill, the Sovjet leaders were shown the advantages of dividing the border line between the Communist World and Western Europe. By dividing the borders into a northern and a southern 'front' by a Neutral Zone, comprising both Switzerland and Austria in Neutral unison, the Soviet Empire could more easily be defended. Sound military thinking!

During the Cold War years there were revolts both in Czechoslovakia and Hungary. During the short time in power, these temporary governments wanted to become Neutral under the protection of United Nations. But at the time the UN was not in a position to grant such neutrality. The remarkable veto-principle in the Security Council, seems to support the Cold War efforts, rather than help the peace process. The conditions for peace through the UN system, needs an agreement from both the Superpowers, i.e. the very Agents of the Beast for the 'divide and rule' -paradigm. In his book an Agenda for Peace, Bhutros-Bhutros Ghali, remarked on these stalemate conditions up to the time of the Fall of the Berlin Wall. After Russia lost its Soviet Allies, UN tried to act in accordance with its written mission. After a time of miscreditation in the international press the American president announced that USA would withdraw their funding for the United Nations. Peace by means of UN-actions? Yes, but only if it does not interfere with the Beast's intentions via the Superpowers!

In my mind Neutrality, can be a step towards a more peaceful world. Two neutral nations with a common border, ought not fear each other. Thus to make the next generation Global Peace Organisation function properly, it must include a guarantee and mechanism for neutrality to those countries that want their Neutral freedom and and no longer want to serve the Superpower block policies of the Beast epoque.

In my scenario mind I would like to see Sweden continue its crusade for Neutrality for just another hundred years. Just to demonstrate that our inner peace is so strong now that we do not need any artificial political polarity from abroad to function. We reject the Beast's call for magic growth from a false financial system based upon invisibility. It is time to make a sort of Spiritual United Nation that can stand 'morally free under God', for its important peace mission.

Do let us look at a possible future use of Neutrality as a step towards peace. The Aksu culture in northern Tibet, was planted as a human population on Earth some 32.000 years ago. Their heritage can still be seen in H.H. Dalai Lama's spiritual message today. For many millennia, the Tibetans acted as spiritual teachers to the Chinese Emperors. The 'organic holism' seeped to the people through the teachings of Confucius and Lao Tzu. 'The universe is a single, vital organism, not created according to some fixed principle but spontantaneously regenerating itself' (from Earth Ethics, fall 1998).

We live in times of a Global Spiritual Awakening. It will eventually reach the last pockets of Communism, such as in China. When the Chinese will realize the true origin of Mao's Communism as one of the spearheads of the Beast, they will naturally look for the roots of their own spirituality. It will then be natural to give Tibet its Neutrality and allow them to freely demonstrate their methods of Non-Violence and Inner Peace to the world.
