The Amal Case

In 1980, Amal Al-Farhan, her parents, 4 brothers and 4 sisters came as immigrants to Sweden from Irak. The father was active at the Basra High Court, helping mothers cope with the family situation when the breadwinning father had lost his life in the Iran-Irak war. The Al-Farhan family decided to choose immigration to Sweden, as an assumed civilized country. As you can see from the following scenario style narrative, Amal came to experience Sweden as a brutal insensitive society, in which Social Administrations, are in the position to kidnap children from their parents and give them further to foster parents, well paid by a cleverly hidden state budget, organized by half a century long, One-Party Government Chain (Socialdemokraterna).

In 1999, Amal is walking with her two year old second son Danny in a pram in the Stockholm privileged Eastern Zone (Östermalm). A Social Secretary looks into the pram, an explains: ”Such a cute young child, would you like to to give it away to me for 37.500 kronor?” Amal was stunned by such a direct proposition. How could a mother even consider giving her child away for money? (The amount mentioned corresponds to one month pay at the time, from state budget to the local Commune Administration for their efforts of linking children to foster parents under the Special Swedish Law for the Care and Custody of the Young, LVU 1990:52). To an astonished Amal this situation was the first encounter with a hidden profitable trade of children taken from their parents to remotely located HVB homes at an industrial scale. (HVB means Home for Care and Custody, often privately organized). In the period 1920-1980, some 250.000 young children are assumed to have been exposed to this hidden side of Swedish Social Engineering.

Amal, sees herself as a Christian. Her mother tongue is Aramaic, the basic Middle East language some 2000 years ago. She was raised in a Moslem society. Probably also including Jewish roots. Coming from the area of Ur in Mesopotamia, she naturally also mentions herself as a follower of Abraham. This wide cultural ancestry, together with a father who has legal experiences, of course makes Amal a dangerous person in the atheist, materialist Sweden, that classifies each immigrant who does not speak Swedish fluently, as immature and an unnecessary cost to our benefit society.

A brief description of the situation in Sweden. During the latest, say 50 years, a hidden bonus system has been developed. It allows the local Social Administration to separate a child from its parents, if  it is deemed necessary. The Care of Young Persons Special Provisions Act (LVU 1990:52), is approved by the Swedish Parliament. But it is misused by the local Communes with a budget from the Ministry of Health & Social Affairs.  When created, the law was only meant to be used in exceptional cases, e.g. when a drug addicted mother was not able to take good care of her own child. Then the Social Authorities were allowed to find foster parents for it. The intention was to limit the scheme to one year. But the hidden scheme can be prolonged by creative book-keeping until a LVU-child reaches maturation and beyond.

The problem today is that some 500.000 Swedish parents and young persons (of a population of 9 million) have had a direct experience of the misuse of the law! Even more, some thousands of them have gone so far as to take their own lives in despair! This situation in Sweden, ought to be a sufficient reason for an ICC pre-emtive measure? The LVU-Law has been developed to act as a cover up for a smart bonus system for insiders!  Furthermore, it has taken such large proportions now that more than some one percent of the Swedish State budget, or 10 billion SEK annually, is estimated to be ‘stolen’ from the State and ‘given’ to the beneficiaries of the bonus system at Commune level.

When Amal’s two boys reached 2.5 and 4 years of age the Social Administration acted forcefully: One afternoon in June 2000, when Amal was to take the children back home from their nursery school she was required to come to meet with two social secretaries for a short chat. She was bluntly offered two alternatives: ”Either you leave your boys in the custody of your ex-husband, or otherwise, you will never see your children again!” Of course from that brutal moment, Amal lost her maternal balance and started to raise her voice and demand her children back. But that very act made the Social Administration sue Amal to the Police, with a verdict, that her ‘violence’ does not make her suitable to be in charge of her children. So, her maternal instinct to fight for her family was used against her during a nightmare of systematic breaking her down economically, physically, mentally, and socially during the following eleven years!

The mother is not even recognized as a victim in cases as  the above. The hidden Commune scheme behind the brutal Swedish Social Engineering seems to be:   Find a family with a weak spot: divorce, language deficiency, and/or violent behavior of any sort. Blame one of the spouses and support the other! Then by means of police, civil courts, insider judges, corrupt lawyers and insider foster families, the pretended fight between the parents can give a guaranteed ‘income flow’ of unspecified bonus money from the State to the Commune Purse. The trick is then not to inform the personnel on the social side of the hidden financial data. Furthermore, each Child in Care and Custody is handled by some 4 different persons, not in contact with each other. The very few political top people of the Commune are those with the financial overview, that can reap the criminal bonus money. If coming too close to being revealed, an intermediate Commune Social Director might be asked to leave her job with a handsome severance pay in order to mislead the general public away from the responsible insider leaders of the Commune.

Amal has been exposed tho the above SSS, Swedish Social Scam, for over 11 years now! How come? She is mentally strong and patient! Well paid lawyers are easily engaged, if they do not solve the problem! It is the Swedish State that pays for this legal assistance. And of course in a totalitarian society, lawyers know that the State will eventually win, against a weakened individual mother that made the mistake to raise her voice too much early in the process. A mother’s instinct to defend her child, at all costs, is put in conflict with a Commune Social Administration earning money for each child taken away from family. The SSS is cleverly designed by corrupt State insiders sending a flow of bribes to Commune insiders. And that is difficult to understand for a family, the moments just after a child or two have been kidnapped by the Police. In fact it is a smart design to raise immigrant kids to become good Nationalized Social Democrats!

The power of the legal system in Sweden can be illustrated by the selection of a young 39 year Judge Rebecka Wiking for Eskilstuna County Council (Tingsrätt) in late 2006. Selected during the last two weeks of the Göran Persson Social Democratic Reign, she can be useful to the One Party System until her retirement in year 2032! I personally met her in a Fake Trial for the Amal Case in September 2007. She naturally made the same verdict as two years earlier when she was a Lawyer at Eskilstuna Advokatbyrå AB, responsible for youth and family matters! Do not underestimate Socialdemokraterna. Since the WWII years, when the King Gustav V organized a coalition government, the Socialists have been very able to govern our country in unity with the Communists!

Amal is a typical case for the SSS.  After she divorced her Nordic husband, the boys became profitable prey to the Commune Social Administration, simply by enhancing the conflict between the parents. Thus, from the very start in year 2000, it has been crystal clear that Amal’s ex-husband is favored by Communes, while Amal is constantly driven in despair, economic decay, in a row of legal battles with Authorities to get her children back. So when her two boys wrote a formal letter directly to Eskilstuna Tingsrätt a year ago, asking to meet their mother more often, the legal verdict was the opposite: The teenager boys were not allowed to see their mother at all, unless guarded by two SSS spies (or contact persons as they are called in Sweden).

The father and his second wife, in creative liaison with the Commune have successfully managed to separate the boys from their mother for eleven years now.  When reading between the lines, this profitable endeavor, indicates a hidden business arrangement between Communes and the father! Both parties probably profit from the deal. Furthermore, today the father confidently says to her earlier spouse Amal, that she has to wait until the teenagers are 18 years old before the boys can have a normal relation with their mother. Until then they have to cope with the nagging atmosphere between their father and his new wife (tied together by the business deal with the Commune?). Poor kids in a Swedish New-Speak Brave New World!

Sweden is the most sexually liberated country in the world. It is said to be in line with the womens liberation movement, to educate 14 year old teenagers already when at school how to use contraceptives. To create a social society and school system designed to take care of children born out of marriage, this  is a logical consequence. And this is the very hidden agenda in the Socialist society. Olof Palme postulated that ‘parents are the carriers of bourgeoise values’. He also foresaw Sweden as a ‘mild-totalitarian state’. Thus he advocated to get rid of the traditional family responsibility! Liberate young teenagers and encourage them to create offspring for the State directly! That is progressive Sweden in a nutshell.

But, what about the mothers and their love and protection for the infant years? Sweden would not be a stable society if not the mothers had done their protective duty during the vulnerable child years 0-3. Furthermore, the creation of a ‘family spirit’ mostly is a result of instinct and healthy motherhood responsibility. The Swedish kidnapping business is thus a criminal act towards basic maternal and religious values! But that has cleverly been hidden in the smart by-laws, paragraphs and Nomenclatura New Speak.

Thus, it has been possible to override biological maternal care and cultural family creation by seeing mothers and their love as a hindrance to the Socialist Super Sweden. Make Motherhood the enemy to a progressive modern SSS! And, hidden behind this facade of sexual liberation, the male interest for quick sexual satisfaction is ‘swept under the carpet’ and accepted by the insider police, lawmakers, judges and politicians. Sweden has been living in peace with its national neighbors for 200 years now. The country has even been respected as the Middle Way between the Superpowers since the 1930s. We have an active successful international capitalist industry side. At the same time Sweden has a vital Socialist side,  acting over the State budget based upon high taxes. Our welfare state is based on a total taxation pressure of some 50% of GDP. For comparison the EU member states have some 40%, while USA some 30%. That is a broad brush comparison, but a very good indication that Sweden is still a totalitarian democracy, Soviet style! Why so? Because we did not realize that we had to change anything of the basic welfare style, and its hidden benefit schemes, after the fall of both the Berlin Wall and the Soviet Empire.

How on earth have I come to adopt the extreme un-Swedish attitude above? I am a Valloon decendant, and spent some three years in Brussels as part of SECFO, Systems Engineering and Consensus Formation Office, within a DRIVE DGXIII project. Those things explain my European perspective. And furthermore, during the latest years I have come in contact with three former Soviet citizens, entangled in the Swedish Social Scam. ‘Anastasia’ is a refugee from Moscow, that left for Sweden in the 1991 debacle. She is married to a Swedish engineer and has two children. When the local Swedish Social Administration mis-labelled her daughter as in demand for special care, Anastasia was driven to leave Sweden. She resolutely took her children to stay in her old flat in Moscow for some months! This action astonished and silenced the people of our corrupt SSS for a year. But the secure civil servants with safe employment positions did not give up. By now the pursued family again considers the need for emigration from Sweden to a more civilized country.

The second case is ‘Natalia,’ a war journalist and documentary film maker with two 13 year twin daughters. They left Kiev with a UNHCR document as a guarantee to be well treated and allowed to return to Russia, stay on in Sweden, or move to any country of their choice, that have signed the UNHCR treaty. But a corrupt SSS junta in Stockholm, have been able to kidnap the children, and hide them from their mother since 16th December 2010! Why so? The SSS Junta is led by a clever Karl Lindgren, trained social worker, smart economist and owner of B&B Pub/Inn (org.nr: 556527-2100). He knows the value of two teenager twins before their age of consent on the shady sex market and among wealthy pedophiles. Furthermore, one-egg identical twins represent a very high value for medical experiments by Big Pharma.

The third person is ‘Ivan’, a decorated officer who immigrated to Sweden some 35 years ago when he realized that the Soviet Empire was totally corrupt. Thus he is in a unique position to compare the materialistic, atheistic Sweden now, as follower to the Soviet Socialist System, as a shadow, with some 30 years delay! He had his eyes opened to totalitarian corruption within the Soviet Socialist System. Thus he is able to recognize the pedophiles and corruption at the higher echelons of Police, Judges and Politicians, be it in Soviet or Sweden.

The key problem in Sweden is the pursuit of Equality/ Egalitarianism Values! We do not accept the complicated idea of working under a hierarchy of values! This has led to the situation in Sweden, since a law in 1975, that civil servants need not to take any personal responsibility. The STATE SYSTEM IS RESPONSIBLE!  And furthermore, Administration Personnel do not even have to be civil nor servant to the people. They have to follow the by-laws that the smart Swedish NOMENKLATURA has formulated in very small print, and/or able to keep secret, claimed to  ‘be the best for the children.’

Oh, Brave New World!

If Equality is a positive side of Swedish Mixed Economy, Jealousy is the dark, opposite one. So if a national sport hero moves to Monaco or Switzerland to save himself from taxes, it immediately becomes a flaw to his idolatry. How come? Having a corrupt legal system tied to a One-Party Reign, supported by the State controlled media hierarchy under SVT/Pravda, the Swedish National Television, is rapidly organizing a witch hunt to track down the overly wealthy person. So, in fact, jealousy is the effective, active infotainment component of Swedish Propaganda.

The Swedish election campaign 2010, was labelled by Danish journalists as a reminder of an Eastern Block variant during the Cold War. But Swedes do not see that themselves. We are so well indoctrinated by our monolithic media culture that an article titled ‘KinderGulag in Socialstaat Schweden’ in the German Magazine der Spiegel in 1983, passes unnoticed by the Swedish people. That also was the reception of the book ‘The New Totalitarians’ by Roland Huntford, 1971. From a Tribune review its revealing text says: ‘the most important book ever to be written in English on Swedish Socialism and Swedish society’.

And the very key problem in Sweden is: People do not realize the vast corruption in our legal system! Fake Court procedures have skillfully been developed after 50 years of Social Democratic Governments. The gradual shift to a Totalitarian Democracy has not, and can not, be observed by the well behaving Swedes, reduced to swedes by its well organized One-Party Reign.

So, when Amal claims her maternal right to her two sons, she is pursued, without a scratch upon the corrupt LEGAL SYSTEM! Furthermore, some two hundred years of peace, does not allow the Swedish inhabitants to even discuss a systems error. The Swedish Welfare Economy is based upon the very assumption of a flawless administrative side, as it has functioned very well for two hundred years!

So, please International Criminal Court, help the dumbfounded Swedish people out of its self-inflicted dilemma:

On 20 November 1989, after 10 years of preparation, the 159 UN Member States adopt the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC).  The CRC/ UNICEF sets minimum standards of protection for children everywhere against exploitation, abuse and neglect.
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees was established on December 14, 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly. The UNHCR agency is mandated to lead and co-ordinate international action to protect refugees and resolve refugee problems worldwide. Its primary purpose is to safeguard the rights and well-being of refugees. It strives to ensure that everyone can exercise the right to seek asylum and find safe refuge in another State, with the option to return home voluntarily, integrate locally or to resettle in a third country. .  (But after a contact with the Swedish UNHCR representativ he said that the last sentence above is not being followed in Sweden: As son as a refugee family has received an immigrant Visa they have to obey Swedish law. Thus the children can be kidnapped from their mother if it benefits the Commune behind it. The Commune has no obligation to follow UNHCR-agreements with the Swedish Government!)

Öppet brev till Skärholmens Stadsdelsförvaltning, mars 2011

Vanvårdsutredningens slutsats är att kränkta LVU-barn ska få en ursäkt från regeringen och en ersättning. (250.000 kr/kränkning har föreslagits för ärenden, äldre än till 1980).

Om något år kommer alla nu aktuella LVU-ärendena att prövas för en ursäkt/ersättning.

Ett komprometterande ärende är under uppsegling inom Skärholmens stadsdelsförvaltning. Modern Natalia har nu, på sedvanligt svenskt LVU-manér, fått uppleva hur hennes tonåriga tvillingdöttrar Ma och Ne bryskt blir tagna från skolan och förda till ett jourhem på hemlig ort, utan att modern underrättas om saken under fem dagar! Sen den 16 december 2010, har hon inte ens fått träffa sina två älskade barn.

Modern Natalia är kränkt och berövad sina internationella mänskliga rättigheter. Med sina kulturella rötter och krigserfarenheter från Tjetjenien försvarar journalisten Na sin sak med stark röst. Hon följer inga undfallande svenska byråkratiska regler för samtalen. Som ett medborgarvittne börjar jag ana att de sociala myndigheterna försöker bryta ned den förtvivlade modern, först till kropp och själ, och sen klassa henne som ett vårdfall innan Socialförvaltningen ens har ett domstolsstöd för sitt agerande! Vilket är det dolda syftet?

Denna Kommunala Människohandel utvecklar sig nu till en präktig LVU-skandal!

Men det infekterade ärendet bör dock ganska lätt kunna omvandas till sin motsats, och omskapas till ett föredöme för andra svenska kommuner;  Hur då?

Jag föreslår en taktisk reträtt:

Låt Natalia snarast återfå sina barn med en ursäkt från Stadsdelsnämndens ordförande och en rimlig del av Kommunens LVU-stöd från statens socialbudget (2×37.500 kr/mån?) som ersättning. Då kan det tänkas att Ma och Ne vill återförenas med sin mor i Sverige alternativt att de tre kan flytta till sin ortodox-kristna storfamilj i Ryssland/Tatarstan.

Det kan till och med hända att Na, Ma och Ne anser att Sverige trots allt är ett civiliserat land.

P.S. Eftersom det bryska omhändertagandet av tvillingarna skett två månader före domen förkunnades i Förvaltningsrätten (Mål nr 47307-10), tyder det på att domen är en kosmetisk åtgärd för att rättfärdiga en sekretessbelagd länk i en lönsam Kommunal Människohandel (se Filosofens blogg: www.peace.se/blogg/). Åter ett flagrant exempel på att rättsväsendet anlitats för att dölja ett smart sätt att förbättra konmmunens ekonomi, snarare än att följa LVU-lagens anda och portalparagraf: Att göra det som är bäst för barnen.

Medborgarvittnets Ove Svidén iakttagelser, analys och prel. slutsatser:

Fredagen den 11 februari 2011 (snöovädrets dag utan busstrafik) kommer socialsekreterare Karl Lindgren och Linus Dahlström med en tjänstebil hem till Na för ett samtal, samt för att överföra två packade väskor från sin mamma med vinterkläder till barnen. Jag deltager som ett medborgarvittne efter att överlämnat en av Na undertecknad fullmakt för mig till Karl Lindgren. Efter en timme reser sig Karl Lindgren upp röd i ansiktet, säger att han känner sig hotad av Ne. Han polisanmäler henne därefter och uteblir från kommande möten! Är detta ett acceptabelt ansvarstagande från en socionomutbildad socialsekreterare?

(Jag bevittnar sen hur Na tar SKYPE-kontakt med ex-maken i Tjetjenien under en minut. Och fortfarande efter 8 veckor måste hon säga att hon inte vet var barnen finns. Lev er in i situationen att en rysk mor för sen dominant ex-make och far måste erkänna att hon förlorat kontakten med barnen!)

Fredagen 18 feb kommer jag sent till mötet och bevittnar hur Na packar ihop extra underkläder och ikoner i en shoppingvagn till sina barn, inför en föredömligt empatisk bitr. Enhetschef Laila Åberg, som lovar att de tre blomkrukorna med symboliskt färgade blommor ska överleva helgen med ljus och vatten, innan de kan överlämnas till tonårsflickorna.

Inför möte den 25 feb 2011 med Na. överlämnas ett hotfullt memo i tre ex till Na av Socialsekreterare Linus Dahlgren. Jag får tre minuter på mig att läsa igenom akten innan den rysk-svenska tolken anländer och mötet börjar. Na framför kraftfullt sitt oavvisliga krav att barnen lämnas tillbaks till henne. Linus överlämnar brevkopior som Na viker ihop och lägger ner i sin väska utan att visa tolk eller vittne. Efter 40 minuter reser sig social-sekreterarna Linus och Elisabeth Aliaga upp och avbryter mötet. Ingen telefonkontakt med barnen åstadkoms heller denna gång. Jag lyckas få med mig ett ex av myndighetens memo:

”Grunderna för umgänge mellan Na. och Ma. respektive Ne. samt regler kring mötet mellan handläggare vid socialtjänsten och Na.  …” (Socialtjänstens memo innehåller en Freudiansk felsägning i meningen: ’Skärholmens stadsdelsnämnd har bedömt att Na och Ne är i behov av vård’. Jag nämner detta att även ’modern behöver vård’ per telefon till Åberg som tackar för min uppmärksamhet, och ska se till att misstaget blir tillrättat inför översättningen till ryska, som Linus utlovat ge till Na vid nästa möte.)

Onsdagen den 2 mars besöker jag Na i hennes bostad i flyktingförläggningen på Elektravägen 50. Jag får se domen daterad 2011-02-25 i mål 47307-10:  ”Förvaltningsrätten bifaller ansökan och förordnar att Ma och Ne ska beredas vård med stöd av 1 och 2 §§ LVU.”

Jag ser även ett feldaterat brev och en feldaterad fullmakt som advokat Pia Tengvall ville ha underskriven den 21 december när  Na kom till advokatkontoret för att för att få reda på att barnen blivit omhändertagna. Pia sökte avsluta mötet så snabbt som möjligt och påstår i efterhand att både hon och Na blev underrättade om omhändertagandet den 16 december. Men Na blev sannolikt informerad på byråkratisk svenska för att hon inte skulle fatta den avsiktliga LVU-fälla hon hamnat i. Vilken är den dolda avsikten då?

Torsdagens 3 mars möte inleds med att Linus 10 minuter före mötet över lämnar en rysk översättning av memo ”Grunderna för umgänge… Det har den förutsedda effekten att Na protesterar, blir ur balans så att även detta möte leder till att Linus och ännu en ny assistent reser sig upp och avbryter även detta möte efter 40 minuter, utan att Na fått utlovad telefonkontakt med sina döttrar.

Tänk att det kan vara så svårt för Socialförvaltningens invigda handläggare att förstå att en riktig mor, med näbbar och klor protesterar när hon berövas sina döttrar, det käraste hon har i livet som flykting i Sverige. Som den erfarna trebarnsmor Na är, inser hon av små pojkars kroppsspråk när de ljuger. Odiplomatiskt/obyråkratiskt nog säger hon just det till Linus och hans unga kompis i en snabb ström av ryska ord och gester som tolken knappt hinner med att översätta och ännu mindre överrösta, den urförbannade modern. Linus försöker försvara sig med att han har order ‘uppifrån’ att informera Na om att barnen bor i ett familjehem och att de har det bra. Med en rysk moders hela intuitiva kraft förstår Na detta som en förolämpning. Na uttrycker sin kränkta själs hela register av förtvivlan, gråt och med kvidande som räcker långt ut på gatan under en halvtimme efter mötet.

Under förmiddagens möte med en läkare blev Na sjukskriven för psykosomatiska symtom från utmattning/överbelastning. Det verkar alltså även som om Na är utvald för ekonomisk utpressning/reducering av socialbidrag. Nu börjar bilden klarna: Na ska brytas ned så att tvillingarnas värde ska kunna uppgraderas för en dold sex-marknad bortom sekretesskyddet?

En av de största kränkningarna var när Linus krävde att ett antal meningar måste strykas i det personliga ryska brev från Na som Soc. ännu inte överlämnat till döttrarna. Socialför-valtningen har alltså helt i strid med internationella Mänskliga rättigheter låtit översätta ett personligt brev, och censurerat meningar i det, och innehållit det! Fördröjning/förhalning är sen den vanligaste formen av censur. Så här går det alltså till i den svenska totalitära demokratin i dag!

Måndagen  den 7 mars är Na och jag ombedda att komma till polisen för förhör. Så här lyder mitt vittnesmål betr Karl Lindgrens polisanmälan efter mötet den 11 februari:

Ove Svidén kom kom hem till Natalia på flyktingförläggningen Elektragatan 50G en timme före det planerade mötet på Ungdomsenheten i Skärholmen stadsdelsförvaltning för ett utlovat telefonsamtal med sina döttrar Ma och Ne. Men eftersom busstrafiken i Stockholm var inställd på grund av snöstormen, ringde jag till handläggande socialsekreterare Karl Lindgren och föreslog att han med sin tjänstebil kom till oss i stället. Han kunde då med sin bil även transportera de väskor Natalia packat med vinterkläder till döttrarna. Han, kollegan Linus Dahlström och en tolk dök oväntat snabbt upp för en timmes samtal. Jag överlämnade min av Natalia undertecknade fullmakt om att deltaga som medborgarvittne. Jag förvånades av att Karl behöll fullmakten.

Karl Lindgren började med att tala om att inget telefonsamtal kunde anordnas i dag (den 11 feb) utan skulle kunna verkställas under de följande planerade mötestiderna 18, 25 feb och 3 mars. (allt formulerat på ett icke daterat brev, icke diariefört, icke undertecknat och utan adressat, men skrivet på officiellt Stockholms Stad/ Ungdomsenheten brevpapper). Karl började med att på byråkratiska framställa reglerna/villkoren för hur samtalen måste gå till.

Natalia å sin sida talade med hög röst och yviga gester om att hon, som en UNHCR-klassad flykting i Sverige, inte borde behandlas så förödmjukande. Myndigheterna har ingen laglig rätt att ‘kidnappa’ hennes älskade söta trettonåriga tvillingbarn på det sätt de gjort! Hennes argumentation blev allt mer ordrik så att översättaren hade svårighet att hinna med. Natalias mellanöstern-färgade ‘försvarstal’ skar sig helt med Karls försök att beskriva regler och villkor för ett ordnat framtida samtal över telefon. (varför måste en mor följa en dryg sida lång av skrivna regler för att få tillstånd att tala tilll sina egna kidnappade barn som hon inte fått krama på sex veckor?)  Karl var tydligen totalt oförberedd på att möta ursinnet hos en mor som utrycker sin förtvivlan att hennes egna älskade barn har stulits av myndigheterna direkt efter sin skoldag, utan att Natalia under fem dygn ens fått reda på vad som hänt dem! (Får det verkligen gå till på detta sätt i Sverige? Jo, som medborgarvittne har jag under åren med fasa fått höra ett tiotal nästan identiska berättelser!)

Det hela slutar med att Karl reser sig upp med blossande kinder och säger att samtalet måste avbrytas. Han känner sig hotad, minuterna efter det att Linus rest sig och hotat Natalia med frågan: ‘Hotar du oss?’ Karl låter sen sin underordnade medarbetare Linus bära båda väskorna och den fulla shoppingkassen. ‘Samtalet’ varade i trekvart ungefär.

Jag skrev sen ett brev till Karl Lindgren, som han bör ha fått under måndagen den 14 feb som talade om kulturkollision. Det var mitt försök att hindra den polisanmälan som sen skedde.

P.S. I mitt vittnesmål under förhöret på polisstationen den 7 mars, kan jag inte undgå att se hur snabbt Natalia brutits ner fysiskt, psykiskt och andligt. Från att med stridslust från en kränkt mor intuitivt inse att Karl Lindgen ljuger och döljer en djävulsk plan för omhändertagandet av söta tvillingflickor, snart mogna för sin ‘sexuella debut’. Kan någon materialistiskt/ateistisk svensk förstå vidden av kränkningen vi medverkar i mot en aktiv ortodox kristen familj med rötter och journalist-erfarenheter från kriget mellan Ryssland och Tjetjenien, mellan myndigheter och maffia? Under samtalet före och efter förhöret med polisassistenten Erika Frisell hör jag hur Natalia använder ord som sjukskrivning, felmedicinering, drogad, trötthet och tvivel om hon kommer att överleva. Ordet självmord undslipper henne två gånger under dagen den 7 mars.

Efter 17 års eskalerande erfarenheter av och insikter i LVU-skandalen har jag hittills inte upplevt tydligare bevis än den senaste månaden för det totalitära inslaget i det korrupta Landet Lagom. Den effektiva nedbrytningen av Natalias sunda moderskänslor har varit klart professionell, och i klass med hur stormakter behandlat sina fiender i ett kolonialkrig!

På eftermiddagen den 10 mars 2011 fick jag ett oväntat e-mail från polisassistent Erika Frisell som sade att ärendet: Polisanmälan om Hot mot tjänsteman, är nerlagt. Det gick snabbt! Jag hoppas det är ett tecken på att Polisen är trötta på LVU-uppdragen från socialförvaltningarna.

Jag har nu 17 års erfarenheter som medborgarvittne till några sjuka LVU-ärenden i sju kommuner. Numer utnyttjar jag Filosofens blogg (www.peace.se/blogg/) för att publicera inlägg om LVU-skandalen och får många stödjande kommentarer.  Se efter själv! Jag rekommenderar speciellt inlägget Kommunal Människohandel från deceber 2010.

Efter hundratals timmar av lyssnande till några tiotal förtvivlade mödrar, ett tiotal förstörda LVU-barn och några mormödrar och enstaka kränkta pappor, kan jag försiktigt sammanfatta mina slutsatser som följer:

*   Polisens transporttjänst anlitas för att omhänderta och flytta gråtande LVU-barn mellan olika HVB-hem.

*   Polisen jagar de föräldrar som har fräckheten att försöka ta tillbaks sina egna barn från den sociala vanvården.

*   Polisen hotar(!) mig med 2 års fängelse när jag gömmer en kränkt mor och hennes 7-åring på flykt.

*   Socialen väljer att ge vården av en 7-åring med dygnsblöja till fadern. När han sover hos mor är han torr.

*   Advokater säger sig hjälpa sina klienter, tjänar grova pengar på LVU-ärendena, samtidigt som de vet att staten får rätt till slut i samtliga LVU-fall.

*   Jäviga smarta socialsekreterare kan förvisa sina aningslösa LVU-offer i de HVB-hem de är delägare i.

*   Jäviga enpartiväldiga domare anlitas för att lönsamgöra den Kommunala Människohandeln.

*   Överåklagaren Kwast, Riksenheten för korruption, tystas av sin chef Riksåklagare Wersäll för sin nyfikenhet.

*   Socialstyrelsens Generaldirektör svarar inte på enskilda ärenden; dvs erkänner indirekt LVU-mörkningen.

*   JO diarieför inte mina anmälningar. JO väljer att direkt ge ett avböjande svar.

*   JK informeras om saken per E-mail, och sänder mig regelbundet ett avböjande undertecknat E-svar numera

*   De LVU-offer som inser LVU-falskspelet, och hävdar att staten har fel, de hotas av kronofogden, utförsäkas, fråntas bostaden och drivs mot självmord, av trygga tjänstemän med fast månadslön och bonus.

*   Media med villkorat presstöd, hindras från att publicera artiklar om LVU-systemets kränkningar.

*   SVT/Pravda är som samhällets monopol-TV designat för att vilseföra svenskarna om enpartiväldets makt.

*   Uppdrag Granskning (fallet Louise) fick bort socialchefen i Vetlanda: en f.d. polischef med uppgift att förhala alla LVU-ärenden som kom till hans bord.

Vilket pris kan ‘man’ få ut från pedofilmakrnaden för två söta kristet-ortodoxa 13-åriga tvillingar?

LVU-skandalen – den Sociala Ingenjörskonstens sista rest – från ett andligt korrupt socialdemokratiserat enpartivälde?

Jag hoppas att dessa mina små vittnesmål kan hjälpa Skärholmens stadsdelsförvaltning till mogna LVU-beslut i framtiden

Jag hoppas även att driftiga unga socialsekreterare under sekretesskydd, nu tvekar att ge sitt utvalda LVU-offer en ofrivillig sex-debut.

1. från Stadsdelsdirektör Steinunn À Håkansson, Administrativa staben, Skärholmens Stadsdelsförvaltning:

Jag har tyvärr inte möjlighet att diskutera enskilda ärenden med dig. Inte heller träffa dig för att diskutera detta.

Det är viktigt att förstå att svensk socialtjänst alltid sätter barns bästa i fokus.

2. från Jan Jönsson (FP), Ordförande i Skärholmens stadsdelsnämnd:

Tack för ditt brev rubricerat ”LEX Skärholmen”.

Det är viktigt för mig som ordförande i stadsdelsnämnden att få information från allmänheten om hur våra beslut upplevs och hur förvaltningens handläggning fungerar.

Som du säkert förstår är jag dock förhindrad att diskutera enskilda ärenden med dig, då de omfattas av socialtjänstens stränga sekretess. Alla brev och annan information som kommer in om ärenden som handläggs i Skärholmens stadsdelsförvaltningen är jag dock mycket noga med att delge ansvariga tjänstemän och även för egen del få återkoppling.

När det gäller beslut om omhändertagande enligt LVU finns alltid möjlighet för berörda parter att överklaga stadsdelsnämndens beslut till Förvaltningsrätten. Är man missnöjd med domen i Förvaltningsrätten, finns även möjlighet att överklaga domen vidare till Kammarrätten. Enskilda personer har rätt till juridiskt biträde utan kostnad.

Avslutningsvis vill jag rent generellt framhålla att jag och stadsdelsnämndens ledamöter är mycket väl medvetna om att när vi fattar beslut enligt LVU är det ett beslut som är mycket allvarligt och kan vara smärtsamt för alla inblandade. Vi ser det som av största vikt att vi i den mån det går att arbeta fram en plan för att barn och föräldrar ska kunna träffas igen under ordnade förhållanden.

Men Ruby, låt oss inte kasta yxan i sjön. Jag fortsätter med att föra fram LVU-skandalen i min blogg, och skärper tonen nu.

It is meant to serve as an ‘even wind’ of monetary supply for a secure lifestyle in volontary simplicity from birth to death. The Solidars from the children can pay for the time parents spend with their loved ones. A graceful degradation of accounts prevent speculation and capital accumulation. This ‘demurrage,’ say 1-2% per month, can be handled automatically by means of modern chip-card (debit and credit) technology. Furthermore, the Solidars are ‘reborn’ and equally distributed to personal base accounts and for regional projects, i.e. replacing taxes. (www.solidar.info).

The above control mechanism with a negative interest rate, or usage fee, corresponds to the cybernetic principle of negative feedback to achieve stability in a control loop. Why are not the well proven experiences of systems control applied to economy? Why do the prevailing money systems and thus the economic life have a built in growth principle for money? In this way the interest rate acts as a positive feedback giving a volatile money market. By design!? By whom? Who benefits? Of course, the insiders!

Recreate an economy that in truth stands for ‘good housekeeping of limited resources.’ This virtue is a truly life conserving strategy, created by every mother on this planet! Life on Earth depends on the caring and nurturing of the most vulnerable members of society, the newborn members of the family. With these principles in mind, Create new Complementary Currencies as interest free and inflation free local money, with built in functions for human health, family stability and ecological feedback.

Health is not only the absence of illness, it is the well-being in physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual sense (UN/WHO definition) Health is a feedback process, where an acting self, a personal ‘I am’ learns from its life experiences gained at different feedback loop levels, An individual life spans the range between seconds to about hundred years. Family life bridges genrerations. Societal health requires a somewhat longer time perspective. Open your Higher Self and observe the society around you with your philosophizing mind. Look for feedback signals of health/unhealth from monthly cycles, the annual fashion cycles, the 5 year business cycles, the 50 years’ generation and infrastructure investment cycles, as well as the 500 year value cycles (religious norms). Dear reader, I am convinced that there is a fair economic exchange system yet to be designed that can eventually give a functioning well-being for society and its members. Design it with the appropriate feedback mechanisms. Create it to meet the most stringent long term objectives as well as the day to day needs for interactions between human beings at all levels of society and ecology. Year 2000 kick-off scenario scene

Political unrest emerged all over the world. The petroleum industry prospers, whether the oil consumption is commercial or used for military purposes. Middle East is still the largest proven reserves for petroleum. Yet not exploited reserves of magnitude are to be found in the arc between South Sahara, the African Horn, over Saudi Arabia and Iran/Afghanistan all the way along the mountain range of Ural. Beyond Cold War agreements by the Superpowers, this new ”arc of Petroleum Domain” is now being made ‘politically available’ to the world’s financial elite for exploration.

The paradigm shift needed to heal the Planet Earth, need both materialistic, ecological and humanist values in long-range harmony. The prevailing science-materialist-monetary-growth paradigm has to be balanced by a long term policy for ecological infrastructure industries, as well as humanistic societal development. It is assumed this development will be inspired by initiatives like Agenda 21 and the HOPE project (www.hope.se).

To solve the Clean Energy supply to the world, a new broader petroleum refinery system is envisioned as a first step. It will include pure hydrogen and carbon fibres at the extreme product ends.

The political instability in the world by the turn of the century was due to the imbalance of national politics and major industry dynamics acting in the order of 5 year business cycles. These societal phenomena did not yield to the 50 year investment patterns of the global infrastructure industry. Furthermore, for overall stability, the societal and cultural values, with dynamics in the order of 500 year cycles, have to be included. A true humane societal development has to recognise the dynamic interaction within all three cycles, and even recognize and awe the spiritual cycle dynamics in the order of 5.000 years. Thus the healing of GAIA, Mother Earth is a true philosophical problem to all wo/mankind.

Year 2012 scenario scene

After a decade of international crisis and wars the Petroleum Industry made its HOPE and Agenda 21 commitments:

Invest in the energy infrastructure for a future clean ‘hydrogen society’!

Even if hydrogen is the most common matter in the universe and fuels its expansion and physical properties, it is to be regarded as a derived fuel here on Earth. Hydrogen is produced in large quantities today within refineries, as a means for cracking heavy oil fractions and upgrading fuel oil into gasoline quality. Natural gas is the ‘Rising Giant’ of energy supply for the 21 century. Furthermore, deep sea reserves of methane hydrides complement on- and off-shore reserves for the millennium long range supply.

By the year 2012, the refineries planned are being linked to the large natural gas fields around the globe. Increasing volumes of Natural Gas and decreasing percentages of Crude Oil are used for the refineries. The products that come out of these chemical combines range from pure hydrogen, hydrogen rich gas fuels, liquid fuels, fuel oils, carbon rich plastics and pure carbon. Lightweight carbon fibres is made the number one building material for the future, replacing much of the steel, metal, wood and heavy concrete used during the 20th Century.

In the above manner an aging Petroleum Industry is making a radical face lift to become the Hydrocarbon Industry for the 21st Century. It will become the provider and distributor of clean hydrogen to urban households for heat. Vehicles will be using hydrogen as an ultra clean fuel. At the other end of the hydrocarbon resource, the same supply industry is the provider of raw material for plastics and carbon fibre strengthened products such as houses, furniture, bridges, cars, aircraft, ships and pipelines.

The above infrastructure principles and investment do start to spur innovation efforts directed for cleaning up our cities, make our transportation systems more environmentally friendly and life on planet Earth more healthy in general. By the year 2012, however, we see more of inventions and ideas for improvement than innovations.

Petroleum producing countries, the Hydrocarbon Industry and the World Peace Foundation have agreed to cooperate on a strategy for improving global environment. After these policies have been made by the infrastructure investors on their long term policy, the smaller actors, like automobile manufacturers, engine researchers and designers get the inspiration and challenge to compete along the new trend lines.

As the metamorphosis of the above, the new Hydrocarbon Infrastructure Industry, will be one of the crucial starting points needed for a healthy evolution during the 21st century. Automobile industry start to develop dual fuel engine systems, with pure hydrogen as the upgrading ingredient for use in sensitive areas and at creep speed in city centres.

A century of ecological exploitation of Earth resources in peaceful cooperation is proclaimed. An international Peace in Mind Centre is being planned in Sweden for managing those Global issues together with a worldwide network of Universities for Global Well-Being. The network is based upon the new eco-philosophy emerging from the UNESCO definition of health3 for humans and for Life upon Mother Earth as a whole.

The global distibution of clean hydrogen fuel eventually needs a pipeline network that spans the continents. Global Peace thus becomes a prerequisite for supply security. Sweden, Tibet and some other small test sites are granted political neutrality for a century to make research, development and demonstration of peaceful living, humane high-tech and ecological sustainability.

Feminine value systems emerge beyond the millennia of masculine power. John Bull and Uncle Sam pay homage to Mother Svea, the spiritual leader of femininity in Sweden. The awakening Goddess is bemused by the development of new feminine values in the Nordic countries.

Year 2025 scenario scene

By now Natural Gas is the dominant component of World Total Primary Energy mix. The Hydrocarbon Infrastructure Industry, locate close to gas fields. The industry include third generation nuclear power for process heat.

The Peaceful New World Order is organised. Both the Hydrocarbon Infrastructure Industry and the World Banking system is by now firmly under International Control. The ‘families’ are duly respected for their bold and crude pioneering efforts during last centuries. By now a World Government has the right to form laws for global ecology, global housekeeping of natural resources, monitor progress, and levy taxes to control the world ecology, energy and economy in order to meet the deep-ecological goals for wo/mankind as a whole.

The profits from the remaining petroleum resources form the capital for investment in the future clean hydrogen/-carbon fibre principles and their use to a global society. With a long term supply security for hydrogen, the automobile industry can design, develop and start manufacture conversion systems, that explores hydrogen fuels at their advantage. A whole range of improved Internal Combustion engines and some new engine systems are assumed to enter the innovation stage.

During the 1970s and -80s, Daimler Benz did a systematic study of hydrogen introduction to road transport. The study proposes the following as a first rational step: Hydrogen is stored in a metal hydrid on board the vehicle. Hydrogen is fed to the engine to supply fuel for idling. When gasoline is added for acceleration hydrogen acts as a very efficient igniter of the gasoline fuel added. A clean and efficient overall combustion is achieved. The engine will perform well in urban stop and go traffic. The second step is to control the hydrogen to the engine so as to make hydrogen the active fuel for the inner city driving. Gasoline is used as main fuel for long range driving on motorways, rural roads and major road arteries in city periphery.

It is assumed that some clever hybrid solutions do have come to fruition by the year 2025. A High Speed Gas turbine solution has been presented by Volvo, ABB and the Swedish State Power Board. The turbine wheel is on the same axis as the lightwheight generator, running at some 90.000 rpm. This HSG system has been demonstrated in a Volvo Concept Car. It can be indicative for a general purpose electricity generator system for the 21st century. For automotive use it can favourably be combined with an elect-rical supercapacity system (ref Alcatel), that can store and retrieve electricity for short term with an efficiency of 99%. This solid state ”battery” can provide the boost power needed for acceleration based upon stored electrical energy from the last retardation. The super capacitor can be mass produced at reasonable costs by a combination of conducting and isolator plastics material.

With an hydrogen network and a supply guarantee in place, a booming systems engineering era can begin to evolve. Hydrogen is the clean fuel, and carbon fibre reinforced plastics the main material for the future. International long term policies are decided upon to help realise this clean and healthy Planet Earth by end of the century.

New ”free energy systems” may be developed, used and financed in countries with developed energy and road pricing systems. The trend for the 21st century is to use electricity as directly as possible and avoid mechanical machinery in the drive train. High voltage DC control units and supraconducting materials are preferred. These systems can be used for directing the electrical energy needed to the powered wheels in the four corners of the road vehicles for the futures.

Sweden is chosen as a test nation for the hydrogen society. It has been granted a 100 year neutrality by the international commune. The key issue is to find a peaceful reuse of the worlds nuclear arsenal. Thus the nuclear energy that we have been trusted for safekeeping in our granite rocks is used as prime energy for the clean production of hydrogen and electricical power. By means of modern transmutation techniques the safety hazards are minimized and the problem with radiation from nuclear residues is eliminated. As Sweden does not have any deposits of coal or hydrocarbons, its energy policy is literary a ”clean case.” The peacefulness and determination of its inhabitants has given Sweden its international recognition as a Centre of Peace and a Clean Global Evolution.

The determined investment in clean and sustainable eco-systems from the former ‘Enlightened Petroleum Barons and their Daughters’ make Sweden and Tibet into the showcases of the world. Sweden as a materialistic country, and Tibet as a spiritual culture start from the opposing ends of the spectrum for peace. These benchmark sites are both important for the full understanding of creativity in a coming era of ”the Tree of Life”. The previous engineering arts combined matter and energy processes under computer control. The masculine brain was the honoured source for science and technology. By now creativity is more a question of linking life to its spiritual source and develop and include holistic life processes into eco-feminine systems. The ‘conscious feminine’ becomes the timely replacement to the logical mind of the past. Historical eras ended with the 20th century computer age: Computer controlled materialism. Modern creativity is more of a ”Thinking with the Womb of Life.”

Under the New World Government, global peace has become the prime goal for the century. Consumerism literary consumed the existing cultures during the World War III. The ‘war against terrorism’ as it was initially called, was over in 2012. An unprecedented spiritual awakening followed. New forms of peaceful cooperation could begin. The global peace issue now promises a new freedom and equality for the ‘androgyne wo/men’ of both sexes. Beyond the sterotypes of man and woman during the last millennia, the World Government is carefully monitoring the evolving new qualities of wo/mankind. The Quality of Life concept allows an upgrading of its work, methods with active philosophising and consciousness research. A renaissance of humanism is forseeen for wo/mankind.

The energy issue, so important, yes indeed – predominant, during last century is now entering a new more mature phase of development. The selection of hydrogen as the ultimate clean fuel for Mother Earth, was a ‘clean start.’ The efficient global distribution and equalisation of the supply-/demand fluctuation by means of a hydrogen storage and pipeline network, has replaced the ‘old barrel of oil concept.’ The trading tricks of men in white shirts is replaced by a global equalisation of resources.

The global hydrogen supply pipeline network is a prime investment issue for the first half of the 21st century. The profits from the oil era are plowed into the new hydrogen equalisation system. The new generation supply security depends on peaceful management of the hydrogen storage/distribution pipelines. A profitable marriage of clean energy and world peace is at hand.

Year 2050 scenario scene

The Hydrogen Society is well established. Hydrogen, once introduced as a clean city fuel, is now the main clean fuel commodity for the entire globe! Hydrogen is even the active agent used to mine the carbon for plastics and fibres. Hydrogen is distributed in continental networks of pipelines, from refineries to urban areas. Natural Gas is fed to refineries by a primary pipeline network. By now Crude Natural Gas is not only a clean hydrocarbon fuel, it is a raw material for refining. It is for the 21st century what crude oil was to the 20th.

At the consumer end of the hydrogen pipeline network, is to be found millions of conversion units in the form of High Speed Gas turbines and Fuel Cells for the production of electricity, process heating and housing comfort. Thus gradually electricity becomes a locally produced commodity. Industry, family houses and personal transport of different kind use hydrogen as prime fuel. The existing high tension DC power grids are used for equalisation of electrical power – regionally. Hydropower, wind energy and solar cells are all connected for added supply security.

Hybrid engines based upon hydrogen fuel, HSG turbines and electrical drive trains propel road vehicles, aircraft, airships and ships smoothly and silently around the globe. So far the atmosphere has to cope with the water vapour and heat emissions produced by the process of burning hydrogen in air. An environment issue is raised to limit the use of oxygen from the atmosphere. Oxygen is a resource that eventually has to be reserved for life, plants, animals and ‘humankind’ to breathe. And furthermore, the vegetation producing the oxygen by means of photosynthesis is to be balanced with animal and human life on Mother Earth.

Fusion technologies are being developed in order to achieve fuel-engine principles that do not involve atmosphere at all. Furthermore, the fusion systems are developed to produce electricity directly, without the use of a heat engine intermediary step. Transmutation technologies has become mature enough for handling the residues from the uranium fission era. Sweden is the peaceful site for efficient transformation of the remains from the years of the nuclear arms race. Refined uranium energy reserves in former warheads are reused for our societes at peace, and for space travel.

Active neutrality becomes the preferred political form for local and regional government. The concept of neutrality spreads the message of peace globally. The World Government guarantees the global supply security of clean energy, materials and food for life, as the hydrogen pipeline system hug Mother Earth in its fine mesh. Clean energy, strong organic materials and healthy food can be distributed worldwide, for a world commune of sisters and brothers, parents and grandparents. The children, the new generation Star Kids, are welcome by their computerized cottages for their capacity to break down preconceived ideas with their sparkling ideas. Creativity is at peak power. The peaceful new world order can start to spread to the few remaining unprivileged corners of the globe. Happiness-, joy- and bliss-management seminars take away the last reminiscents of the scars from the centuries of war.

The Era of Egoism, Materialistic Consumerism and the Mean Monarch of Monetary Means, i.e. the ”Beast,” has been thrown back into the sea as was prophecised in the Bible, the spiritual manual for Life on Earth.

Holistic studies, Life sciences and Consciousness Research get in focus. Religions are seen as the skeleton structure giving a general direction for an active peace research. Peace within, peaceful relations, and peace at family, local, regional, continental, global and cosmic levels, are the active components for the concepualisation of an era of world peace. Creative cells of people in study circles, engage in all forms of artistic expression around the globe for the sheer joy of it. Active peace research is reaching for the Supreme Creator inside. Each individual on Mother Earth feels the inspiration and bliss from the God/dess inside. Re-ligion, as a search for common roots, long ago, has been transformed into an active search for the ultimate goal of peace ahead. Creative peace acts as a magnet for meaningful ideas, drawing individuals out of the era of passive consumerism.

Active peace research is the recognition of the God/dess within.The Supreme Creator is inviting wo/mankind as co-creators.Creative life is to live in unconditional Love.

Year 2100 scenario scene

A mature Hydrogen Society is at place. Hydrogen is a global energy distributor. It is an active agent for mining carbon resources beyond the Natural Gas epoque. Hydrogen is used for in situ mining, i.e. underground exploitation of the worlds large coal resources. It is done without involvement of atmosphere or the use it for dumping residue products. The Hydrogen is a carrier of carbon from coal deposits around the world as Crude, i.e. Crude Natural Gas, to the modern refineries producing the clean fuels and the smart material that society needs. The mineral reserves of hydrogen and carbon and the eco-feminine technology involved is deemed to be acceptable for the societal needs of the coming millennium.

A fourth generation nuclear power is being used. Processes have been developed that fuse hydrogen into helium. Both the fuel and the end residue are non radiating physical molecules. The large scale fusion ”torches” used take the last energy out of the old nuclear waste products from the fission era to produce both electricity and the stable non radiating residue products that has been asked for during the last century.

Small industries and family houses are connected to the hydrogen pipeline network as well as to the electrical distribution grid. Heating and electricity is produced locally from either the electrical or the hydrogen supply side. HSG turbines and fuel cells are involved. At the consumer end, the hydrogen system meets and merges with the electrical system. Thus the new hydrogen and old electricity grids in combination, define a supply security of a kind never seen before – at a global level.

Hydrogen fuels for passenger cars are loaded to vehicle accumulators over night. Hydrogen/electrical hybrid engine systems are used for all local travel. The Electrical Highways propel and levitate the passive vehicle rapidly over longer distances. Some hydrogen rich hydrocarbon fuels may still be allowed for longer trips in rural areas and developing countries.

Small scale fusion power plants are being tested on limited fleets of road vehicles. It produces electricity for the powered wheels. It gives zero emissions to the atmosphere. Hydrogen for the fusion is stored in a litre of water. It is built in by the auto manufacturer. This energy content is more than sufficient for the entire life time of the car. Mileage is in the order of 500.000 km per litre of water. The residue ”waste” product is helium, which will be reused by the airship transpotation fleet when an integrated fuel-engine system eventually is scrapped.

By now the Earth atmosphere is in balance. Humans begin to breath more easily – they have rebalanced the atmosphere to pre-industrial qualities in order to serve wo/mankind’s future responsibilities for Mother Earth, GAIA.

Well, if Life on planet Earth is to be developed into a healthy export product for the Universe, we better put all our efforts into developing that Quality of Life! And, of course, by the year 2100 the inhabitants of the Earth still do have some challenging evolutionary things to attend to for the 22st century. Society has a Life focus now, beyond the century of sustainable energy-economy-ecology transformation that started in year 2000.

A visible and sustainable financial system, serves the evolving Life-Consciousness and -Conscience for the future. A profitable for all millennium of World Peace is at hand for wo/mankind…

The ‘Thirteen Families’ are still remembered as respected creators of the first ‘crude’ stages of the new world order. Some century ago, feminine lineage of inheritance became generally accepted. These unique and unprecedented events influenced the financial elite and its role in history. The acceptance of eco-feminine values paved the way for the ‘return of the Goddess.’ These strategic experiences are by now well integrated and used by the World Government in its evolution of the Peaceful World Order.

The present transparency of the financial system acts as a guarantee for wo/mankind. Highly Evolved Beings function by a spirit of love and co-creative service to the Supreme Creator.

The greatest weapon of mass destruction is the attitude of militarism within the human mind. The missiles and bombs from this arsenal are more lethal than anything which can be found in trailers and bunkers and silos. However many weapons might be found, however many might be destroyed, ten more will appear for every one that disappears. We will not be safe until the attitude of militarism is dismantled; we will not be safe until the attitude of true peace is created as the rule of law for persons and nations alike.
The human race has come to this precise point in its brief history: change, or perish. There is no middle ground. Weapons of mass destruction are proliferating like toxic clouds within the minds of so many people whose power threatens civilization throughout the world. Change, or perish. Let us change. We already know about militarism; we already know about this barbarism. We do not yet know about peace. So let us learn, and then change.

There is no more urgent question than this: How can I make peace real? How are we to meet violence with nonviolence, to meet war with peace, to meet fear with love, to meet hatred with compassion? How are we to dismantle the attitude of militarism and install the attitude of peace, within our own minds and within the very structure of society? It is, first and foremost, a choice, a decision, a commitment, a stand. In this moment in which the world is trembling and reeling with angry passions and violent convictions, we must call for peace, stand for peace, and act for peace. We must accept only peace. But first, we must become peace itself, not an idea or image of peace, not the rhetoric of peace, but actual peace, the peace in which violence cannot arise, the peace in which the attitude of militarism cannot survive.

We must seek that peace, know that peace, and become that peace. How do we do this?
We can do this through understanding, and through reflection, and through empathy.

We must understand the peace which we must become, we already are. It is called the soul and it is given to all in equal measure as a flame of the Creator’s fire, full of love and joy-this is the soul, and this is peace. Regardless of what our mind may say, regardless of what today’s headlines may say, regardless of what society may say, peace is the essential nature of all human beings. This is the savage irony of our times and of the human condition: within each of us is the loving and peaceful flame of the Creator, and yet we continue to accept violence and war as though they were as natural as sunlight. They are not. They are an aberration, a disease; and the medicine is experiencing the reality of the soul. We cannot kill our way to peace. We cannot bomb our way to safety. We must understand that within the soul of all human beings is peace.

How do we find our way to the soul? How do we live from the soul? We have to reflect deeply on the nature of the mind, we have to reflect deeply on the nature of thoughts and beliefs. Even if this seems unrealistic, we must do this. We must come to know that Silence which waits for us just beneath the ragged surface of the mind. We must sit together in Silence. We must join with others in Silence. We must let Silence transform illuminate the hateful delusions of demagoguery. This is how we enter the soul. We must learn to be Silent, and from within this Silence we wash ourselves clean of anger, fear, and hatred. And we must question our beliefs about self and other, we must inquiry into the origin and nature of anger and retribution, of fear and hostility. We must, in a word, become wise, in the way towering trees are wise, and glaciers, and tides. We must become wise, like deserts and mountains: Silent, profound, majestic.

Entering this Silence is discovering our soul, and from within the infinite beauty of our soul, we know peace, we become peace. We must do this now, today, and tomorrow, and every day for the rest of our lives: for our own sake, and for the sake of our families, our communities, our world.

But do not be fooled: Silence is not passive. Silence is not weak. Silence is not mute. The Silence of which I speak is the mind and heart of the universal soul: it is active, strong, and loud. And it is peaceful. And it is unconquerable. When we become truly peaceful within, we will create peace without.

This is the work that we must all take up, now and for the rest of our days. There is no greater work than this. There is no greater wealth than this. There is no greater philosophy than this. There is no greater security than this. There is no greater justice than this. There is no greater contribution than this. There is no greater truth than this.
You do not have to take my word for it. You know this for yourself. You know it now, resting in your soul, resting in the depths of your being. Here, we find each other. Here, we find our lost love and compassion. Here, in this depth, we find that truth which is beyond differences, beyond dogmas, beyond justifications. It is the universal soul, and its faces shines with beauty, with tenderness, with love, with compassion, with forgiveness. But most of all, it shines the same in all, and we must learn to feel this as a living truth. If we cannot feel this, we are already dead.

Our world risks losing this soul, if we do not find it within ourselves and if we do not then stand and move and speak and act in the world with the full weight and measure and power of this soul found again within our own depth of being where the Creator placed it.

Do not be fooled by the shrill voices that call upon your fears and urge you to war, to violence, to brutality. Do not do this. Turn away from this noise and enter the Silence of your soul. Entering this place, then find new mouths and new words, new hands and new actions, new hearts and new compassion. Let the children waiting in celestial realms be suddenly happy at the prospect of coming to Earth.

Let us now resolve to enter the depths of Silence every day, let us resolve to purify our mind and heart in these still waters, let us resolve to wash away all anger and hatred and fear in these still waters, that we may find the peace, the love, the joy that is within us and that we share these soul-treasures freely with one another in friendship and mutual respect.

Let us affirm that we are peace, and knowing that we are peace, let us also affirm that we will stand for peace, speak for peace, and create peace in each hour of each day.

Though there is a great army of those who prefer violence, we must create an even greater army of people who choose peace. Once we find our way into the spiritual heart, into the silence of the soul, into the very mind of God and then into Oneness with all of life – we have no choice but to live in peace.
But we can be strong and active in our love, we can be mighty in our peaceful ways. We can work long and hard to eradicate the true cause of violence, which is poverty of spirit. We must work to enrich our own understanding, to unfurl the flag of peace within our own heart. We must find strength and solace in our own inner light and peace, and then we must spread this light and peace throughout the world in real and telling ways, even dramatic ways.

The above mission statement may be relevant and sufficient for members of a modern society asking for economic reasons and motivations within a ten year time framework. However, the World Peace Foundation aims higher. Our goal is to encourage and assist in the development of a world peace of a thousand years duration! Thus we have to include a superstructure to the mission that addresses the longer term political, religious and spiritual dimensions of the world peace issue.

The following ‘poem came to me’ after World Peace Foundation Summit Meeting in India as an additional mission statement for our internal use, to begin with:

A Seed Scenario for a Peaceful New World Order
Scenario scenes of possible events and desirable outcomes

A scenario is a management tool, in order to be better prepared for a changing future. The scenario is not necessarily the same as a forecast of what will happen in the future. The scenario challenges you, dear reader, to claim your creative role for the future!

The creation of Bank of England in 1694 was a masterpiece of covert operation, allowing a financing power ten times larger than the bank’s gold security. Furthermore, it allowed the founding fathers of BoE to issue loans with interest, to be received by the founders without their names being revealed! That started a profitable Insider Economy of Growth – for you.

Furthermore, Mayer Amschel Rothschild agreed with his 12 closest banker friends in 1773 on a winning concept of profitable war making. The French Revolution was the testing ground for the use of organized terror, at the same time as America was chosen as virgin soil for testing ideas for a New World Order. At the Vienna Conference in 1815, Switzerland was granted a century long neutrality, to act as clearing house for covert financing of ‘useful presidents,’ industrial tycoons, warmongers, and terrorists. Then, by means of the Civil War, America”s financial dynasties rose to power.

With a dirty trick, the sinking of the ship Lusitania, the Americans were deceived to abandon their neutrality and ”defend democracy” in Europe.

With two other tricks, Pearl Harbor and the Bretton Woods agreement, $$$ was to become a world currency – in the able hands of the Financing Elite.

With the Hollywood enhanced trick with the Twin Towers, money was successfully raised for a profitable Crusade in the Middle East. With the held back U.S. fees and a Nobel Peace Price, the United Nation was captured by the alliance. By now, the U.N. even endorses the escalating military efforts against the illusory terrorism. Moreover, the profitable rebuilding contracts are awarded to the pawns in the game (all the presidents’ men)…..

During its 50 years CIA has been allowed to perform its covert actions all around the world – with a covert funding. With your financing, the CIA organization has been able to bribe, manipulate democratic procedures and perform 5 million political murders. Who is responsible? CIA are doing what they are paid for! They can act discretely behind its ”covert financing”.

As a Swede I violently object to the sinking of Estonia, recent hostile takeovers of Swedish industries as well as the political murders of Dag Hammarskjöld and Olof Palme. These acts are outrageous violations of human decency! I understand your motives to get Sweden involved in your covert financing and warmongering scheme. But the recent referendum on a European Currency (& covert agenda for a takeover of Sveriges Riksbank) has failed, due to the awareness of the Swedish people. I did expected a real dirty trick from Your side at end of the campaign. But the murder of our foreign minister Anna Lindh – failed your purpose completely! In a similar way the ”terrorist attack” on the Bali culture failed. You seem to have lost your professional touch. Do I sense a trace of desperation here?

Your old paradigm efforts to control people by means of fear does not seem to work any longer outside the alliance. Why not? We live in a time of a rapid spiritual awakening and awareness! And not understanding this – that will show to be your greatest blunder! People object to centralized covert power! You have to realize that you can no longer treat people as ”goyim” (i.e. cattle, the concept you used during the French Revolution).

I can foresee the outrage of the American People when they find out about the hidden role of its own Financial Elite. But that – is your own problem. Furthermore, the private bank cartels masquerading under names such as BoE, DB, Federal Reserve System, World Bank and recently also the European Central Bank, are all being questioned by people in our times. Such private money institutions do not belong to open democracies.

Dear Macho Monarchs of Monetary Means. Your days are numbered. Soon the ”Beast (egoism and its shadow, the financial system) will be thrown back into the sea”. The least I can do is to recommend you to leave the scene of world power – visibly. I suggest you give it to your feminine family side. Manage a graceful degradation and constructive hand over. In this way you may be able to save some of the respect for your old family names as a cruel reminder of a primitive macho prototype of a humane financial system.

Humankind now deserves an Open Financial Ethic so that we can create a Peaceful New World Order together.

Germany, 7-10 July, on Science, Consciousness and Healing in the 21st Century.
As a true materialist & aircraft engineer at age 30, I came to my whit”s end. I formed my hands into prayer: What to do with the rest of my life? An oval of light and a softspoken, loving and authorative voice, made me experience: ”You will become a project leader” Oh! Do you engage in such concrete matters, I asked? … ”and then you will become president!” How can I possibly manage that? ”You will get the ideas you need.” That short dialogue changed my life. I became a project leader for a three year project at Saab Aerospace Corp. But I decided to leave the president idea until later. And after all, the serene voice never said president for what? For some 30 years I just prepared myself. As an international consultant, I worked as an energy adviser to Volvo. I took a course in politics, just in case, and made a Ph.D. on SCENARIOS, and engaged myself as a Scenario writer for the Eureka Prometheus” Programme and for the EU-DRIVE project on Road Transport Informatics.

Then I met a film producer Billy Larrabure. He planned to make 12 feature films on Spiritual Awakening. He invited me to join World Peace Foundation, formed 1999 in New York County. Together we started to dream about a Sound of Peace film. I was assigned a title as Managing Director. However, by June 2001 the fund raising failed. Then the WPF founder Chan Dam Master assigned me to the new position of President of World Peace Foundation! I was invited to a UN conference in Colorado that should give our Foundation a prestigeous status as a Non-Government Organization on the UN-list.

One year before, I had sent a letter to a Banker proposing a scenario study on the idea of a Peaceful New World Order. I added the word Peaceful to the Bankers” old covert(!) ideas on a New World Order acting behind the scenes. I did not get the order. On August 1, 2001 I sent a second letter to Sir David warning him of the Financial System and Egoism as the Beast mentioned in John”s Revelations of the Bible. Then in a déja vue mood I decided to register a formal application for a World Peace Foundation in Stockholm County on September 10. The day after, on September 11, 2001, I realized that there would not be any UN Peace Conference that year. And New York was not a place for peace.

My WPF presidency was now an empty title. I decided forcefully to organize myself in Sweden under the domain name: peace.se, the e-mail: ove@peace.se, and a home page named www.peace.se. That domain name has acted as a healer to me ever since. The organization World Peace Foundation is in good shape today – in Sweden. But we have got no money yet. But I have received good advice from our Ernst & Young certified accountant: Keep the WPF clean as long as you ever can. Peace is a sound idea for our troubled times.

By Christmas 2001 I received a constructive spiritual idea to write a fairy tale about the corrupt banking system and the fake twin tower event in New York. I wrote a Saga of King Coin and the Millenium path of profitable war-making (in Swedish). The fairy tale format, allowed me write without accusations and disclosure of family names. That artistic style, gives me the opportunity to write frankly about a closed world of covert operations.

In spring 2002 I got an opportunity to write a third letter to Sir David and his family. I first discussed the idea with a spiritually talented liaison officer that I know, and a secretary at the family office. I created: A Policy Scenario on Clean Energy Systems and a Peaceful New World Order. (www.peace.se) This policy scenario presents a long range vision for the financing elite based upon all my professional skills. In it”s final scenario scene for year 2100 I boldly state:

”By 2100 we have rebalanced the atmosphere to preindustrial qualities in order to serve humankind”s future responsibilities for Mother Earth, GAIA”..
.. ”A result is also a visible and sustainable financial system, well in tune with the evolving Life-Consciousness and Life-Conscience for the future. A profitable for all – millennium of World Peace – is at hand. The ”Thirteen Families” are still remembered as respected creators of the first ”crude” stages of the new world order. Some century ago, feminine lineage of inheritance became generally accepted. These unique and unprecedented events influenced the financial elite and their role in history. The acceptance of eco-feminine values paved the way for the ”return of the Goddess.” These strategic experiences are by now well integrated and used by the World Government in their evolution of the Peaceful World Order.”
The above sample of text in a 8 page document describe my best long-range ideas for the financial families to achieve their own personal Peace-in-Mind.

Later I even got the courage to write an Open Letter to the Mean Monarchs of Monetary Means, to put further pressure on them. After five years (and some 30 letters) I have suggested the dominant financing families to join me and help fund the World Peace Foundation with words like these:

”This scenario is to be regarded as a creative background paper for strategic considerations. It is not a forecast. The evolving future will be created by those who have the courage to commit themselves to it.”

”Dear Thirteen Families, … We have the pleasure to launch a discrete fund raising sceme from the World Peace Foundation. I do not know your names. I do not need to. I do not want to. What is the beauty of the WPF fund raising to you? Peace-in- mind! As a bold investor I assume you will appreciate being asked to join a long-ranging idea for a Peaceful New World Order to emerge in a calm corner of our planet: Sweden. Just as a test case. And please remember the Sound of Peace Film is a fund raising instrument. Then, when you can proudly mention that the Creative Capital behind the emerging Peaceful New World Order came initially from Your Family, you will receive the international respect you so well deserve. Until then, have fun, peace in mind, and peace enjoy my poetic philosophizing.”

As a result of this letter I have now got a nick name among the families:

This formation of a peace-in-mind attitude for future financing generations, might prove to be my best healing contribution to a Sustainable World of Peace. So please remember, An Oval of Light, a Sound and some letters can mean so much, because Internet is Here!

However, the phenomena of a ”Spiritual Awakening” opens up a widening path for those that dare to follow their innermost conscience and long-term consciousness. And please remember my view that the human beings are created in the image of the Supreme Creator, i.e. with the ability to create a new. Thus it is now up to the individual souls to take on the peace-making issue beyond the age of power. Both the religions and the financial systems are to be seen as archetypes and time limited prototypes for A Peaceful New World Order that will function for yet another thousand years, as promised in the Bible.

Furthermore, the human talent of sensing and discerning of good and evil, has over the centuries moved from a ”moral feeling” in the gut and heart region of our bodies to a mental process in the brain. Thus our God-given talent has come under the influence from prophets, religious philosophers and organisations formulating an ethic beyond our moral intuition. When the moral issues reach the region of reason and language, the morals becomes possible to manipulate as an ‘etiquette,’ or truth of the day. The moral intuition of wo/mankind was efficiently trapped, first by religions, then by science and media, all financed by a hidden elite speaking Latin, finance mathematics or computer.

But we do not have to subscribe to the above for ever. No, the long term values do evolve steadily, funeral by funeral. When old men die, some of the blockings of old paradigm values are naturally modified by the next generation when they come into power. Thus the tempo of societal change is decided more by the generation shifts, of say 30 years span, than of the five year business cycles or biannual fashion shifts.

As a result after a very forceful spiritual awakening some thirty years ago, and from my earlier profession as a systems analyst and aircraft engineering, I have embarked a philosophising on very long range issues. Thus the five years fluctuation of bussines life become obvious. Then the big business investment cycles come in focus, and their some 50 years duration. Again these can be seen as ”ripples” in the pattern of some 500 years regularity of value changes developed and protected by the religions. Then, outside that control loop, I have seen the shadow of yet another feedback loop, the cycle of five thousand years spiritual cycles, for creative impulses to a set of religions and belief systems for GAIA, the Global Experiment of Cosmic Life Renewal here on planet Earth.

With the above philosophising schema in my mind I did attend a vision circle in 1997. The participants were asked to reach for the largest vision that they could possibly reach. I proposed: ”A Millennium World Peace.” As a Systems Approach to this long term goal, I then proposed a century long demonstration of peaceful living on a national scale. Then, use the coming decade wisely to build a vision for Peace. A year later I met a film producer, William Mario Larrabure. In an e-mail dialogue with him the film idea matured into a feature film project ”Sound of Peace.” In year 2000, I was invited to become the Managing Director of the World Peace Foundation formed in New York one year earlier. Then, this summer I was promoted to President of World Peace Foundation. Some escalation, I say? A position without salary or funding, ideal for an idealist! I was prepared for the job. After a 34 year incubation time, I grasped the opportunity.

In 1967 I had a forceful spiritual awakening from out of my self-inflicted trap as a materialist aircraft engineer. In my favourite meditation position, laying half asleep on top of the bed, looking at the wood pattern of the ceiling, I suddenly experienced ”an oval light and a voice” giving me a straight idea for two distinct job opportunities for me: ”You will become a project manager.. and then you will become president.” My natural response to that was awe and fear, followed by a question on how on earth I should do proceed? ”You will get the ideas you need,” was the calm authoritative answer. So that is the way the evolution is created!

Then for some three decades I prepared myself, puzzled by the fact that the ‘voice’ did not mention anything to give me a clue of president for what? Just to be a little more prepared, I included Politics in my Bachelor of Art studies to broaden my knowledge base – just in case. Then after that I proceeded with doctoral studies on the time dimension of ideas and developed a talent to write scenarios. Outline the future and its opportunities beyond the scientific facts and media doctrines of the day. I had become obsessed by the future, and what these ideas from the spiritual world (?) could lead me up to. Over the years I have never got a name or face to identify the source of these ideas. I just notice that they come more often now than in the beginning of my spiritual awakening. After deciding to trust this flow of ideas, I followed them more courageous each day without spiritual guides, a guru or a particular religion.

The ideas themselves acted as my teacher. I had to take full responsibility for what happened when following them as I had no safety net beyond my own soul and its philosophising capacity.

So, dear adviser friends, by these letters I give you the first glimpses of my inner life of ”ideas I need.” It is up to you to make something out of it. I will appreciate your feedback. Any reaction, fear on trespassing societal taboos, disrespect for the spiritual domain, misplaced humour, or ideas triggered by my way of writing, please send a short e-mail on your personal observations. The scenario format chosen for these short letters addressed to a respected Zen Master and founder of the World Peace Foundation, indicates in an open way, I hope, the latent possibilities of WPF. The scenarios summarise my philosophising observations, and are a true joy to write. One page per day. The letters are addressed to the WPF founder Chun Dam Master. His background as a Buddhist Monk from Korea and well educated in the Eastern Philosophies represents a real challenge to me, raised in a Western Society and its spiritual roots from persons like Abraham, Moses, Socrates/Plato/Aristotle, Jesus, Muhammad, Mayer Rothschild. The long ranging value systems that followed these religious leaders has been a enduring inspiration to me.

I respect you all for the indispensable spiritual impulses you have given to the creation of our modern society. The Eastern Philosophies, the Holy texts in the Bible, abstracts from Freemason libraries and recent channelled literature, by now gives wo/mankind a new base to work from. The Spiritual Awakening will give us the finishing touch to act as a co-creating steward for the planet and for the next millennium or so.

Eventually, a selection these scenario letters may be formed into a book. A tentative title is: ”Letters on War and Peace, to a respected Zen Master.”
